This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

1) All communication between your agency and the CIA's Political Islam Strategic Analysis Program (PISAP) which operates under the CIA's Directorate of Intelligence (DI) including communication with any PISAP employee.
2) All Memorandum of Understanding between your agency and PISAP.
3) All records maintained by your agency that details how, when or why you would provide intelligence to PISAP.
4) All emails to or from the director of your agency which contain the term "PISAP"

You may limit the results of each of the above to records created between January 1, 2009 and the date this request is processed.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

For whatever reason your September 17, 2013 request was not received by this
office. Notwithstanding, your current request dated October 17, 2013, has
been assigned FOIA/PA Case Number 014-34 and will be processed in accordance
with the provisions of the FOIA. If for some reason DSS cannot process your
request within the 20 day statutory time frame, DSS will advise you of an
estimated date for your response. For information purposes, you have listed
below the wrong address for this agency. DSS moved from Braddock Place to
Quantico, VA about two years ago. Our current address is:
