All records on, about, mentioning, or concerning "pink slime."
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

This email is in regards to our follow-up to our phone conversation on April 19, 2012. During the phone call, you changed the scope of your FOIA request #2012-OCIO-02126-F to the following:
"copies of all emails in the Office of the Secretary of the USDA, and in the Office of the Food Safety and Inspection Service of USDA, that contain the term "pink slime"
This new scope is the same one used for a FOIA request that was recently processed. If you would like to use this new scope then the material that was released to the requester of this request will be sent to you as well. You stated in the phone conversation that you would like the material to be emailed to you. If we are unable to send you the material in this manner, then the material will be placed on a compact disc and mailed to you. I will contact you with and request a mailing address, should we need to mail the material to you.
In order to continue processing this request, you must reply back to this email and state that you agree to these terms. If you have any questions please contact me.
