This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
All complaints and grievances submitted to OSHA regarding facilities maintained by or work conditions regarding Pilgrim Nuclear Generating Station in Plymouth, MA.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Hi Mr. Brown,
I'm currently still working on this request. There are 4 files requested and this is considered a large request. We do multi-track processing and smaller requests are put to the front of the line. Due to the large volume of requests we are receiving in this office, we have a very large backlog at this time. There are about 7 requests ahead of yours at this time and I anticipate 2-3 more months to complete this request. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
