Good Morning Mr. Vaccaro,
Thank you for submitting a FOIA request to the NRC. Your request is written broadly and I was hoping you could provide additional details to clarify and narrow the scope of your FOIA request. Based on your request for: any email communications with named individual and anybody whose email addresses are: tturco@comcast.net, dagnew@capedownwinders.org; jazarovitz@comcast.net; and anybody whose email address ends in: @capedownwinders.org, we would have to task every single person in the agency, which is not feasible.
Are there specific individuals within the agency you are looking for emails from or to involving the email addresses you provided? Is there a time frame you can narrow down to?
Please provide as much clarification/narrowing as possible by 12/28/16.
