The documents posted online do not include all of the President’s Intelligence Checklists (PICLs) from 17 June 1961 through 1 December 1964, and thus do not constitute a response to my FOIA request.

I am appealing the decision to not search for the documents I requested. The documents posted online do not include all of the President’s Intelligence Checklists (PICLs) from 17 June 1961 through 1 December 1964, and thus do not constitute a response to my FOIA request.

A letter stating that the request appeal has been rejected.

I am appealing the decision to not search for the documents I requested. The documents posted online do not include all of the President’s Intelligence Checklists (PICLs) from 17 June 1961 through 1 December 1964, and thus do not constitute a response to my FOIA request.
Please note that I request my appeal be properly and fully processed with a complete response. I do not feel "I asked and they said it was all there" is a proper response, nor does pointing to the eFOIA website (especially without providing links) alleviate the Agency's requirement to search for and produce records.
