Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

The complete civilian personnel record of the late Kenneth J. McCabe, who was a Criminal Investigator in the Office of United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
