Personal Information Request for the Department of Homeland Security

To Whom It May Concern:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

I would like to obtain copies of any personally identifying information held in my name by the Department of Homeland Security.

I am requesting a search your agency's systems and files for any information containing my name, date of birth, or social security number.

I am also (or more specifically) seeking the release of records or files which could be considered "investigative" in nature.
