Permits for the Boston College bald eagle

We have a few things to tell you about that may quicken this particular
FOIA and the process. It won't take long, and it's our Migratory Birds
Dept. that wants to speak with you. I truly can save both of us some time
if you can speak on the phone with regard to some issues.

Hi Mr. Sampson,
Since you do not have much time and I do not want to delay the processing
of your request, let me just inform you that, the R5 Migratory Bird Permit
Office (MBPO) does not have any responsive records to your request;
therefore, I am suggesting that you withdraw your FOIA request. The permit
in question is not issued by this office. Your FOIA request should be
addressed to USFWS-MBPO-R3. Please simply respond to this email with a cc
to MaryLou_Defilippo@fws.gov if you concur with the withdral.

there is any thing wrong with your request, it just needs to go to the
