This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

All documents, including air quality test results, from EPA testing performed in the area of the east side of Pensacola, FL between 2002-2005.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Hello,

This is in response to FOIA case number EPA-R4-2013-003881.

The client has provided the following clarification:

I want the RESULTS of the EPA's Air Quality study that they gathered while utilizing a White BLIMP over the East part of Pensacola , Florida...I want what they tested for and what they found...They were over where the Monsanto Plant was located (but is now named something else), our local Power Plant and also a company named Air Products..All of these plants are located by Pensacola Bay and Escambia River (East side of Pensacola). I want the reports from ALL areas the White Blimp covered during that period of time here in Pensacola
