To Whom It May Concern:
This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
Any after incident reports filed by the Amtrak Police for both the incident in which the deployment of a taser was used inside New York City's Pennsylvania Station on April 14, 2017 between 6:20pm and 6:40pm, as well as any incident reports filled out regarding the panic and stampede following the tasering, which resulted in many injuries. My first request was rejected due to an ongoing investigation, but I am re-requesting in the event that that investigation has now been concluded.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
Sincerely,
Matthew Guariglia

Hello Ms. Hawkins,
I am following up on this FOIL request for Penn Station footage in their native format, as well as the findings of the investigation, of the "stampede" incident which occurred inside New York City's Pennsylvania Station on April 14, 2017 between 6:20pm and 6:40pm. Previous requests for this material were rejected because of an ongoing investigation, if that investigation has concluded, I would like to formal request its findings and any reports generated by the investigation as well as the footage of the incident from security cameras in the main Amtrak terminal and sitting/waiting area.
Sincerely,
Matthew Guariglia
