Records relating to or mentioning the hacker known as Peace_of_Mind AKA Peace of Mind AKA Peace, who hacked w0rm.ws and was involved in collecting and selling the information for hundreds of millions of Yahoo accounts using platforms such as TheRealDeal, along with other breaches.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

I am appealing the rejection in its entirety, as b6 does not apply to entities or personas for which there is no personal identity. There is no right to privacy for explicitly public personas which are unconnected to individuals. Any connection between the persona and an individual in the public sphere is a result of the agency's own filings, which fully negates any b6 claim.
