This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
Files, records, memos and other materials mentioning, describing or relating to Oswald LeWinter (April 2, 1931 – February 13, 2013) who was an Austrian-born American author and poet. He was best known for his role in the October Surprise controversy. His death has been widely reported and is reflected at http://thetandd.com/news/local/obituaries/oswald-le-winter----holly-hill/article_1146ba66-7989-11e2-9407-001a4bcf887a.html Please include any materials on LeWinter that were provided to the Assassination Records Review Board.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
