Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
A copy of any call logs or materials used to track incoming complaints to the OSHA hotline 1-800-321-6742.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
Sincerely,

To Whom It May Concern:

Thanks for your help, and let me know if further clarification is needed.
From: Occupational Safety and Health Administration
Dear Yilun Cheng:
This letter is to acknowledge receipt of your January 26, 2021, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, which was forwarded to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's (OSHA), Directorate of Enforcement Programs (DEP) for response. Your request has been assigned FOIA tracking number: 04067. Please refer to this number in any future correspondence.
You requested the following information:
A copy of any call logs or materials used to track incoming complaints to the OSHA hotline 1-800-321-6742.
If there exist any weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual reports regarding the hotline, I will accept those instead of the above-requested records .
We are processing this request.
While we are mindful of the 20 days allotted in the FOIA Statute, please be aware that all FOIA's are cleared through the Office of the Solicitor (SOL), which usually protracts processing time. Additionally, we are experiencing a backlog of requests, as processing weekly COVID-19 data for public consumption is given priority, followed by time allotment to processing FOIA requests received in queue prior to your request. Please be aware of these considerations while you await your response.
Sincerely,
April Streets
