Hello,

The request copied below was initially sent to the federal OSHA FOIA office on September 5, 2014. During a phone call I had with that office on October 29, 2014, it was explained to me that this request had been forwarded to OSHA's various field offices and that I should expect direct response from each. As yet, I have not received acknowledgement of my request from your office. I am happy to provide clarification as necessary. Confirmation of receipt and an estimated date of completion would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much for your help.

Best wishes,
Beryl C.D. Lipton

Beryl C.D. Lipton,
I am in receipt of your fax for FOIA as attached. VOSHA has no complaints against the employer you are referencing. VOSHA is not a field office of OSHA , but we are state plan in Region I, so we had not received your request. FYI...a quick check on the OSHA website indicates that they have not had any complaints filed against them in New England. Thank you ~les
