Hello,

The request copied below was initially sent to the federal OSHA FOIA office. During a phone call I had with that office on October 29, 2014, it was explained to me that this request had been forwarded to OSHA's various field offices and that I should expect direct response from each. As yet, I have not received acknowledgement of my request from your office. I am happy to provide clarification as necessary. Confirmation of receipt and an estimated date of completion would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much for your help.

Best wishes,
Beryl C.D. Lipton

Mr. Lipton:

After looking through our system I have yet to find a case file in the state of Connecticut. The FOIA request that you sent to the Hartford, Connecticut Area office cannot be fulfilled unless there is an investigation concerning a case that occurred first, within the state of Connecticut and second within the Hartford offices' counties that lie under our jurisdiction. If you have an inspection number that would certainly make it easier to find a specific case that you might be looking for but as of right now there is nothing in our records that coincides with your request. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me. My contact information is in the signature line of this email.

Thank you
