Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

1) all investigative material concerning allegations of misconduct by Eexecutive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) employees between January 1, 2017 and the present. This should include at least the initiating complaints, all case-related correspondence, documentation of all significant investigative activity, the documentary evidence obtained during the inquiry, documentation of each interview conducted, documentation containing the rationale for the disposition of the matter, the case chronology, letters or memoranda from OPR to the EOIR's Office of General Counsel, the OPR "case closing form" for each case, and disciplinary action taken in substantiated matters.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
