This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

Records, analysis, summaries, technical reports, or any other responsive materials regarding Bureau efforts during the network compromise of OPM systems, including initial incident April 16th, 2015 when two instances of mcutil.dll named malware were discovered. All communications from Jeff Wagner, director of security Operations for OPM, regarding this incident are requested. Invoices for services provided by CyTech to OPM during this event also requested. Assessments regarding access to, and exfiltration of, the Central Personnel Data File also explicitly requested.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM, DVD-R, or BD-R if not.
