An acknowledgement letter, stating the request is being processed.

From: Brian Keaney

Dear Mrs. Myrick,

I didn't expect that my request would be classified as complex. I think perhaps a slight clarification in my request may help. I asked for the most recent training materials. Your acknowledgement letter spoke of "information on the most recent materials." To clarify, I just want the training materials themselves, e.g. powerpoint slides, handouts, etc. I am not asking for any additional "information" regarding them such as internal development documents, or anything else.

I hope this helps clarify things and will aid you in finding the materials I requested. If you have any other questions, I remain at your disposal. Thank you,

Brian Keaney
