For fee categorization purposes, I am a representative of the news media. Through this request, I am gathering information for my journalistic work with Muckrock.com, and DocumentCloud.com. I am an active participant in the dissemination of public records for public education purposes. I feel the agency has engaged in an inadequate search. I find the candor really offensive with such public information available about cases that have already been worked. Sending a copy to OIP for documentation preservation purposes and for investigation of mismanagement of subordinates.
