Good morning, Ms. Mercer.

After review of your recent public records request and speaking with the subject matter experts in the Wildlife Program, I am curious if you would be interested in a 30 minute phone conversation with our Wolf Policy Lead, Donny Martorello? He will be able to answer any questions you may have on the subject of your request.

Currently, as your request is written, you'll be receiving a large amount of records. But after a conversation with our Wolf Policy Lead, we will hopefully be able to narrow to the specific records you would like to receive that will satisfy your request.

If you would like to proceed with a phone conversation, then please let me know and I will send some dates and times your way to get something scheduled.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you,

Maci Yungdahl,
Thank you for the information regarding my request, I appreciate the opportunity to clarify the request. I would be happy to communicate with
Donny Martorello on the issue. It is possible that email will be an easier form since I am away from cell phone reach a good portion of the work-day for the next few weeks. Would communicating by email be a possibility? If not, then I would like to find a time to have a phone call.

Thank you,
Lena M

Dear Lena Mercer:

Greetings! This email is in further response to your request for public records, PRR No. 19469. We have attempted to reach you for clarification on your request:
Request 1: We can do an all agency search for emails to/from the producer in question; however, this particular producer does not email so our chances of finding emails are slim to none. Do you want us to run the search?
Request 2: The checklists are included in the "Recommendations & Attachments Packet." This packet is reviewed by the Director to make his decision. Would these packets of information within your date range of 1/1/2018 - present satisfy this portion of your request?

Consistent with RCW 42.56.520, additional time is needed to receive your response, finish our review of sensitive information and respond. Please respond to the clarifications no later than March 20, 2020. We anticipate our next response and estimate an installment of records no later than April 10, 2020.
