I updated the estimated date of completion to be April 28, 2017. FYI, most of the records responsive to your request have already been requested and released three times and have accordingly been posted to our electronic reading room on our website here<https://www.oge.gov/Web/OGE.nsf/Freedom%20of%20Information%20Act%20(FOIA)/B9B880B7B93AF8EF85257EF5006DAAB6?opendocument>. Ms. Tsao:
I'm writing to seek clarification in reference to your request for "All records involving your agency and its relationship with the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform of the US House of Representatives from November 9, 2016, to the date on which this request is processed. Please conduct your search to include, but not be limited to, emails and other communications, schedules and meeting notes, and after-action reports related to the Committee acting as a deliberative body as well as related to its individual members acting in their capacities as Committee members."
It is not clear what you mean by all records "involving" OGE and its relationship with HOGR. Accordingly, I have interpreted your request to seek, during the stated time frame: (1) all emails and other written communications between the Office of Government Ethics and the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform (including individual members acting on behalf of the Committee and Committee staff); and (2) any schedules, meeting notes, after-action reports, or other records memorializing or summarizing OGE interactions with the Committee (including individual members acting on behalf of the Committee and Committee staff).
If this interpretation is incorrect, please let me know ASAP what specific categories of records should also be included (or excluded). If it is more convenient for you, feel free to call me at the number below to discuss. Otherwise, I will continue to process the request as interpreted.
Thanks,
Jen
