This effort was publicly announced by Richard Ledgett, Deputy Director of NSA, to the press, diminishing any claims of sensitivity regarding this effort. Please provide a count of all material withheld for any reason. Thank you!

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
