Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

This is a request for the full review and release of a document that is held in the NSA's Automated Document Management System called "Information Desired by Commander in Chief from U.S.S. Cincinnati at Sea." This document dates from October of 1927, when the U.S.S. Cincinnati was based in Shanghai.

I have searched through the April 2011 release of NSA documents to NARA, and I did not see this particular document included.
