A copy of the following report: "Remote and Deployed Operations Integrated Cyber Operations Red Team After Action Report."
Per the attached response from the State Department Inspector General, this report was generated by the NSA.
Given that this FOIA is submitted in my capacity as a journalist who has covered law enforcement and national security extensively, I request that I be categorized as a media requester for the purpose of fees. Here is a selection of my published articles:
