NSA ongoing subject of investigation

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Copies of surveillance documents or video files of Mathias Trent(formerly known as Binh Quoc Tran) social security # 558 83 1832 and any ongoing reports generated by NSA surveillance agency since 2003 to current.
I have been under investigation by NSA since 2003 to current. I would like to know why I'm being investigated by NSA.
Please include any processing notes made in completing this request.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
