Mr. Gulledge,
FOIA Case 73879 remains "in processing" as noted below. Due to the significant increase in the number of requests being received by this Agency, as well as the government shutdown, we are experiencing delays in processing or responding.
We appreciate your patience.

Mr. Gulledge,
This email responds to your status checks on various cases and also provides a final disposition the FOIA cases noted below. As noted below, you agreed to pay up to $1000.00 for the continued processing of this case. You were notified in our letter dated 23 December 2014 that the search was complete, and payment of $683.00 was required in order to continue processing. We indicated that if payment was not received within 30 days, that Case 73879 would be closed along with any other cases pending with this Agency; this letter is available on MuckROck’s website (https://www.muckrock.com/foi/united-states-of-america-10/nsa-gauging-public-perception-6460/)
Since we have not heard back from you, we have closed Case 73879 along with Cases 71285*, 75137, 75432, and 75799. If you wish for this Agency to process any future requests, payment of your delinquency account for Case 73879 must be paid prior to submission.
*As a side note to Case 71285- your appeal in the case (Appeal #3806) will continue to be worked by our General Counsel’s office
