This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

Conversations between NSA employees and the Justice Department's Office of Legal Counsel regarding the legality of the "NITRO ZEUS" program in general or the Stuxnet worm (also known as "Olympic Games") specifically. Date range: Between January 1, 2007, and January 1, 2011.
