Dear Greg Forest,
May you specify and clarify what is meant by "records containing data submitted in notices..."?  What specifically are you looking for? Regards, Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service

From: Forest Gregg

If the data has already been extracted from the notices and compiled, then I would like that extracted and compiled data.

For example, your agency takes data from the F-7 notices and compiles those into monthly data releases. If you do a similar extraction and compilation for initial notices of bargaining, then I would like that compiled data.

If that compilation has not been done, then I would like copies of the original notices.

If that is not clear, please give me a call at 931.210.3610.

Best,

Forest

Dear Forest Gregg,
Thank you for your quick response to our follow-up question.  The information you are requesting is available on our public facing website here: https://www.fmcs.gov/resources/documents-and-data/.  With the information already provided, all you have to do is apply a filter to the Column "Category" for Initial Contracts.  To do this, please click on and open the Excel spreadsheet for the year and/or month you are interested in.  After the spreadsheet is open, please click on the cell for "Category."  On the toolbar, under Home, click the down arrow for "Sort & Filter."  Click "Filter."  Once that is clicked, you will see that now all the headers have a down arrow next to them.  For the header "Category," click the down arrow and unselect all options except for "Initial Contracts" then click OK.  That will provide you with the information you are requesting.
Please confirm you are withdrawing this request because it is already publicly available.
Regards,
Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service
