- all records or communications to or from NOAA director of public affairs Julie Kay between Sep. 1, 2019 and Sep. 7, 2019 containing "Birmingham" or "Alabama".
- all communications to or from NOAA director of public affairs Julie Kay between Sep. 1, 2019 and Sep. 7, 2019 containing the email domain "@who.eop.gov" or "@doc.gov".

For the purposes of this request, this includes emails sent from private or non-public email addresses that contain government business. Please also include the full email chains in which any of the search terms appear.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
