I am appealing this response. It shows a clear, documented disregard for my request.
I requested the files in question in EPS or SVG formats, vector files that allow for resizing without a loss in image quality. The raster-based PNG files offered as a substitute do not have that capability. Therefore this response is unacceptable and does not fulfill my request.
The agency has published a hyperlink to vector files in the past. The URL was provided in my initial request. I presume that at one time provided vector files for public download. That link is now dead. If the files could be published in the past, they can be released again today. There's no reason given why the agency has failed to do so.
For those two reasons, the agency has clearly dodged my request and failed to release the relevant records. I am asking them to be released on appeal.
