Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
1) The policy statement outlining the processes and criteria according to which officials nominate, consider and approve names for the no-fly list, selectee list and extended selectee list.
2) All information, documents, records, and communications within the TSA and/or between TSA and the FBI regarding attendees of the Jan. 6, 2021 Capitol rally and their inclusion on the no-fly list, selectee list and extended selectee list from Jan. 6, 2021 through the present. I am requesting copies of all information, records, emails, phone logs/transcripts, letters, notes, memoranda, and all electronic or non-electronic communications/records/information related to aforementioned events and aforementioned parties.
3) All information, documents, records, and communications within the TSA and/or between TSA and the FBI using the search terms "Nick Fuentes," "Nicholas Fuentes," "Nicholas J. Fuentes," "America First," Lauren Witzke," "AFPAC," or "Groypers."
In the event that the contents of the requested document are classified under Executive Order 13526, I also make the following additional requests:
I am requesting that each document be considered individually and released as fully as possible.
Pursuant to section 1.2 of Executive Order 13526, I am requesting the level of classification of this information and its existence/nonexistence.
Pursuant to section 1.3 of Executive Order 13526, I am requesting the specific authority which classified this information.
Pursuant to section 1.4 of Executive Order 13526, I am requesting the specific classification categories of this information, as well as an identification or description of the damage to national security which the disclosure of this information would produce.
Pursuant to section 1.5 of Executive Order 13526, I am requesting the specific duration of time for which this classification will stand.
Pursuant to section 1.6 of Executive Order 13526, I am requesting all classification markings about this information, including (1) one of the three classification levels defined in section 1.2 of Executive Order 13526, (2) the identity, by name and position, or by personal identifier, of the original classification authority, (3) the agency and office of origin, if not otherwise evident, (4) declassification instructions, and (5) a concise reason for classification that, at a minimum, cites the applicable classification categories in section 1.4 of Executive Order 13526.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, and is not being made for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Good day,
This is in regards to your TSA FOIA request, 2021-TSFO-00419 (see attached). To search for records for this request, it would take a combined search time of 162 hours. We estimate costs of $4,536 for the continued processing of your request. In accordance with the DHS implementing regulations, 6 C.F.R. § 5.11, fee estimates that exceed $250 may require that the requester make an advance payment up to the amount of the entire anticipated fee before beginning to process the request. If you agree to this fee assessment, we are requesting an advance payment of fifty percent (50%) of the entire current anticipated fee which is $2,268.
Fee Estimate Breakdown:
Search time at $28 per hour (first two hours are free): $4,536
Professional review time at $28 per hour: no cost estimate at this time
Duplication is .10 per page: no charge for electronic records
This is just an estimate. The final invoice will reflect the actual time expended which could be less than the estimate. If we expect the estimate amount to increase, we will contact you directly before incurring any additional fees. We will provide you with the final invoice with our final release of records.
Under the circumstances, you may:
· Provide us with written assurance of your willingness to pay $4,536 for the processing of your request, or
· Agree in writing to pay some additional amount that is lower than our estimate of $4,536 for the processing of your request, and/or
· Reduce the scope of your request, so as to limit the amount of time that would be required to process your request, such that your fee does not exceed the amount that you have agreed to pay.
If we do not receive your fee agreement within 30 business days of the date of this email, which is June 28, 2021, we will administratively close out your requests.
