Hello,
Very sorry, but I should have included this as well - I'd like to informally request that I be classified as a media requestor for the purpose of fees, given that this FOIA is submitted in my capacity as a journalist. Here is a selection of my published articles at MuckRock:

I have also been published and recognized as a journalist by national media outlets:
Thank you very much for your consideration.

Mr. Richardson,
We conducted a search regarding your 10 April 2015 request and did not see it logged in our system. Additionally, in regards to your previous inquiries listed below, not sure why it was not addressed then and apologize for the delay. In any event, upon further research you had sent the same request to Washington Headquarters Services FOIA responsible for DOD FOIAs. It is my understanding they provided you with a "no records response. Please note we would have reached out to them for assistance and guidance and would have provided the same response given by WHS or requested additional information from you as to who you believe would have information responsive to your request. If at a later time you can specify what Air Force or DOD activity may have the information, please submit another FOIA identifying these activities.
