This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
Strictly statistical data reporting that pertains to complaints of employment discrimination filed against your agency by current employees, former employees and applicants for employment pursuant to the Notification and Federal Employee Antidiscrimination and Retaliation Act of 2002. This includes complaint activity, complaints by basis, complaints by issue, complaints dismissed, complaints withdrawn and all other applicable categories required by the Equal Opportunity Employment Commission in agreement with Title III of the Equal Employment Opportunity Complaint Data Disclosure of the "No Fear Act". This request is limited to FY 2013 through the most recently collected FY 2017 reporting.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
