Any written or electronic communications, including any emails, letters, or email attachments, sent or received by Chief of Staff Carrie Wolinetz concerning NIH's decision to abruptly cancel a grant that provided funding to the EcoHealth Alliance to study coronaviruses in bats. This request seeks records produced since March 1, 2020.
I am a reporter with The Guardian, and seek expedited processing as well as a fee waiver.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
