Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all files, reports, background information, memos, directives, investigatory materials, communications, as well as any other attachments and relevant materials regarding
John Leland "Jack" Acuff, Jr. (Born: August 10th, 1932; Deceased: September 17th, 2001. See Obituary and Genealogy pages attached and linked). Please include all materials gathered in reference to him during his lifetime and posthumously, including all materials in any tangential or cross-reference databases (active or defunct) or ELSUR indexes, in addition to those materials found in the Central Records System.

Acuff was the president of Acuff Associates, Inc., of Gaithersburg, Maryland; and founded the Centennial Corporation of Gaithersburg as well as E.M. Spectrum, Inc., of Gaithersburg. From 1970 to 1978, Acuff was the president of the National Investigations Committee on Aerial Phenomena (NICAP).
