To Whom It May Concern:

This is an appeal of FOIA request 1404132-000. I am appealing the integrity of the search performed. I did not request a search of the Central Records System, I requested a search of FBI's internal web pages as noted in the 2011 edition of the National Foreign Intelligence Program Manual (https://archive.org/stream/NFIPmanual/NFIPM%20AllSections#page/n1/mode/2up) for the pages in question, or their most up-to-date equivalents. Please conduct a search of your intranet and if necessary, reach out to the Resource Planning Office.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter.

Sincerely,

Paul Galante
