Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

- Copies of all contracts and subcontracts between Newsguard Technologies, Inc. and the U.S. Dept. of Defense and/or U.S. Cyber Command between Sept. 1, 2021 and the date this request is ultimately processed.

- Copies of all proposals, including any winning proposals, for contracts submitted to the U.S. Dept. of Defense and/or U.S. Cyber Command by Newsguard Technologies, Inc. between the dates of Jan. 1, 2021 and the date this request is ultimately processed.

- Copies of all correspondence to/from representatives of Newsguard Technologies, Inc. related to its aforementioned contractual work, including any documents delivered by the contractor in fulfillment of its contract(s) between the dates of Jan. 1, 2021 and the date this request is ultimately processed. Please be sure to include attachments to any emails.

When delivering the responsive documents related to this request, please also specifically certify that no other responsive documents exist beyond those provided by your agency as part of this request.
