You can continue to process them in the order received (as-is). Thank you.

Hello Mr. Roberts,

I want to give you an update on your NDI FOIA requests and ask if it would be possible for me to combine your requests into one. The below requests are all dealing with them same content (NDI's) and it would be much easier for me to track if I could have all the years (1995 - 2015) under one tracking number. I will continue to process each year and send to you, I would just track them under request #2016-905 (1995-2015). I am currently working on completing years 2006 & 2002 and should have those years out to you in the next couple of weeks.

* FOIA REQUESTS 2016-905, 906, 907, 908, 910, 912, 913, 914, 915, 917, 926, 927, 929, 930, 932, 934, 936, 938, 940 & 1839.
If you should have any questions please don't hesitate to contact me by e-mail or phone, 240-402-0003.
Thanks,
Sam

Dear Mr. Roberts,

You submitted a fax regarding the status of this FOIA request. As I have informed you time and time again, we will not check the status of your requests without a control number. I have, in this case, looked up your request and did locate it. It was answered on October 14 - records were sent to you on a CD by mail. I would advise you to check at the mailing address provided, as it appears you frequently are not receiving our communications. The other two faxes you sent us yesterday were for 2016-8556 and 2016-8497. In the future, if you want status, please use these control numbers.

Thank you,
