Good Evening,
The contracting specialist that is processing your case would like to know if the information you seek was for NASSCO and BAE in San Diego? She is asking because NASSCO and BAE have facilities in every Fleet Concentration Area and therefore the answer could be for several locations. She will also like to know if you are asking for awards under the MAC contract or all awards?
Please know that we have been diligently working to see who may have responsive documents and provide you with a response as soon as we can. Any additional information you are able to provide that will help narrow the scope or be more specific about what you are looking for will be helpful.
Thank you,

Thank you.

Just checking in again for an ETA. I know in early October you said you were working on the redactions but that there were two other cases in front of mine.

Thank you very much, Rita.
Would it be possible to send these contracts along as they are completed, instead of waiting for all to be finished before sending? I'd really appreciate it.
Thanks again,

Good afternoon,
I emailed yesterday but want to follow up here -- these contracts are missing attachments J-1 and J-4. Can you please provide those? Thank you.
From: Naval Sea Systems Command
Good Afternoon,
Yes, I received your email and had to do a little research before responding. The contracts attachments were not included in your response because they were not listed as the documents that you were requesting. In your request you requested "the ship repair contracts for the last five ships to enter EACH of the following yards: NASSCO, BAE and Continental Maritime." We consider a request for a contract to include the basic contract sections A-J only. Where section J only lists any attachments or exhibits that the contract may have.
If you are specifically interested in attachments J1 thru J4, you will need to submit another FOIA request and state specifically and in detail what documents you are seeking. I apologize for any misunderstandings or inconvenience this may have caused.
Thank you and have a great holiday,

Good Morning,
My office received a copy of a response sometime in March that looks like
it was supposed to be sent to your office. It's from Southwest Regional
Maintenance Center dated 2 Jan 2019. I'm not sure if you've received a copy
of this response or not but I will send it to you by fedex.
