To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

A cop of FOIA request 2018-08-127 and all communications between the Treasury and the requester. A description of the FOIA request from the Treasury's FOIA logs state's the following:

"Requests claims that the move "National Treasury" (note: real
movie title is "National Treasure")was their true life story and that
the producer, Jerry Bruckheimer, stole the story and he was not
paid. He said the real thing happened in 1964-65 and that he gold
found was meant for him not the government. He wants the gold
back. "

As a member of the news media writing for publications including The Nation and The New Republic I request that any associated fees be waived.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
