A copy of documents responsive to the request.

From: Mark Matienzo

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 703 of Title 36 of the Code of Federal
Regulations, I request the following record from the Library of Congress:

The full contents of the National Digital Newspaper Program wiki, as hosted by the Library of Congress at http://www.loc.gov/extranet/wiki/library_services/ndnp/index.php/Main_Page including access to the NDNP Digital Viewer and Validator tool.

Although the Library is not subject to the Freedom of Information Act, as amended (5 U.S.C. 552), Section 703 follows the spirit of that Act consistent with the Library's duties, functions, and responsibilities to the Congress. Note that this is not a FOIA request.

I believe is not administratively burdensome and would not require any searching. If this request is administratively burdensome, please let me know how it is burdensome and I will attempt to narrow my request accordingly.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I agree to pay fees associated with this request if necessary. Please notify me in advance if fees are expected to exceed $25.

I would prefer the request filled electronically, by providing open access to the wiki itself and NDNP Digital Viewer and Validator downloads to the public. If unavailable, additional options such as an e-mail attachment, download, or USB flash drive would be acceptable.

Sincerely,

Mark Matienzo
