This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

Any and all letter agreements and/or Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and/or Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), (including any post-signing Amendment[s], addenda, new/later Statement[s] of Work, Change Order[s], and other documents that supplement or amend the original contract), related to the following Space Act Agreement. Please also provide any agreement questionnaires/agreement worksheets that were completed by NASA (usually a NASA Project Manager) in relation to this agreement.

PARTNER NAME: Uber Technologies, Inc.

Under the FOIA Improvement Act of 2016, agencies are prohibited from denying requests for information under FOIA unless the agency reasonably believes release of the information will harm an interest that is protected by the exemption. FOIA Improvement Act of 2016 (Public Law No. 114-185), codified at 5 U.S.C. ยง 552(a)(8)(A).

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request, and I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
