This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

I am requesting documents relating to investigation O-MA-14-0207-S, "Recovery of Prototype Lunar Rover." I am requesting any and all correspondence sent within the office of the inspector general regarding this investigation, as well as any correspondence sent between the office of the inspector general and the subjects of the investigation. I am also looking for the original email referenced in the investigatory report.

I am also requesting any documents or correspondence between NASA and the original designer of the rover, as referenced in the investigatory report. Finally, I am requesting any documents prepared by Pamela Bourque regarding this investigation.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. These documents will be used in the course of reporting news for Motherboard, VICE Media's science and technology web site.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
