From Records Group 65 collection of archived FBI records, FBI Headquarters file reference number 72-HQ-2122 regarding the late Chief Justice of California Malcolm M. Lucas (April 19, 1927 – September 28, 2016). Proof of death is not required as his death has been widely reported by the media.
