Dear R. M. Seibert,

I am writing in response to your Freedom of Information Act request of
April 4, 2019 for records in the custody of the National Archives and
Records Administration. Your request was received in this office on April
5, 2019 and assigned FOIA case number *RD 60886*.

You requested access to the file [Kuhl, Carolyn] Scientology (ARC ID
1978380) from Record Group 60, Entry P 236. As reviewed under the terms of
the Freedom of Information Act, there are no restrictions on access and the
entire box, including the file you requested, is open and available for
research at the National Archives at College Park, MD. The stack location
is: 230/902/99/4.

You mentioned you would not be able to view the records in person, so we
have attached a reproduction quote for the file as well as instructions on
payment. This quote will be valid for 90 days. Please be sure to send all
payment information directly to the National Archives Trust Fund. Once our
Trust Fund has received confirmation of payment, we will begin processing
your order. Please note the attached reproduction is only an estimate. If
the pages of the file exceed the quote, we will have to generate a new one
and payment will have to be confirmed before the order can be completed.
Any pages that are not filled will automatically be refunded to you.

This concludes the processing of your request. If you have additional
questions concerning my review of this file, you may contact me directly at
301-837-0488 or megan.dwyre@nara.gov.

If you are not satisfied with our action on this request, you have the
right to file an administrative appeal within ninety (90) calendar days

delivered by regular U.S. mail or by e-mail. By filing an appeal, you
preserve your rights under the Freedom of Information Act and present the
deciding agency with an opportunity to review your request and reconsider
its decision. If you submit your appeal by regular mail, it should be
addressed to the Deputy Archivist of the United States (ND), National
Archives and Records Administration, 8601 Adelphi Road, Room 4200, College
Park, Maryland 20740-6001. Both the letter and envelope should be clearly
marked “FOIA Appeal.” If you submit your appeal by e-mail, please send it
to foia@nara.gov, addressed to the Deputy Archivist, with the words “FOIA
Appeal” in the subject line. Please be certain to explain why you believe
this response does not meet the requirements of the Freedom of Information
Act. All communications concerning this request should reference FOIA case

This is the finance dept. FOIA case numbers and/or details of your requests
are somewhat irrelevant to us. You should have received a quotation for
reproduction services with detailed instructions on submitting payment.
This form, quote number, is what's needed when placing your order.
Regards,

Hi Nakisha,

I apologize if we did not submit this properly. It looks like we sent it to room 5500 when the address provided on the form was
National Archives Trust Fund, Accounts Receivable,
Form 72 Order, 8601 Adelphi Road, Room 5100, College Park, MD 20740-6001

Is that enough information to process this?

Thank you!

Kiera

From: National Archives And Records Administration – Archival Or Special Access

No, it isn't. The form where you obtained the Trust Fund address is what's
needed. The quote number is on that form.
