Hi John, Sure. When is the best time to reach you?
I’m checking the availability of my colleagues and will touch base with you tomorrow morning.
Are you available 11:30 am this morning for a conference call?
Morning John, Sounds fine. Your number the one to call?
It would be easier if I called you and conference in my colleague. What’s your contact number?
Hi John, As per our phone conversation, I ask that you first fulfill whatever portion of EPA-HQ-2017-009767 you can fulfill within 20 business days and then fulfill the remainder of the request as promptly as possible. As a nonprofit located in Wilmington, North Carolina, a community currently facing a drinking water crisis brought on by expulsions of chemical waste, we see the nature of this request as time sensitive and in the public interest. Much thanks.
