Hi OSTP FOIA folks,

I see that some videos of the meetings have been published on the NAIRR site. Unfortunately, these are not complete. For example, the meeting minutes for the October 25 task force meeting indicate that the meeting went from 11:04 am till 5:03 pm -- nearly 6 hours. However, the video published on the NAIRR site from that meeting is only 3 hours and 16 minutes long.

Video recordings of the entirety of the October 25 meeting and every public NAIRR meeting should be made available to the public.

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the entirety of every public NAIRR meeting recording including the full 5 hours and 59 minutes of the October 25, 2021 NAIRR meeting.

thank you,
Kate Kaye

Hi OSTP FOIA folks,

In addition to the recent follow-up request to access the entirety of the October 25 meeting video recording and every public NAIRR meeting video recording, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request any presentation content and materials presented by Andrew Moore during that October meeting. And, if video of that entire meeting is be available, I request a full transcript of the meeting in its entirety, including the portion that may not be available in video form.

thank you,
Kate Kaye

From: Office of Science and Technology Policy (Executive Office of the President)

Dear Kate:

Thank you for the follow up correspondence. There were technical difficulties with the October 25th meeting. Hence, the 3 hours and 16 minutes noted below. The website contains this information-see attached for placement of the flag/note to this effect on AI.gov/nairrtf.

Additionally, Andrew Moore did not use slides or other presentation materials during the October 25th meeting. All the presentation slides that were used during the meetings are on the "presentations" links (which can be seen in the attached).
Furthermore, there are no full transcripts of the meetings.

Regards,

OSTP FOIA Team
