This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
All logs, notes, memos, and messages that were compiled by FBI offices regarding calls made by concerned citizens reporting muslim celebrations after the attacks of 9/11/01. According to a former FBI agent in the Boston office, these calls, purportedly labeled "Happy Muslim Calls", generated "stacks and stacks" of logs and reports. (http://wkrg.com/2015/11/25/credible-source-on-9-11-muslim-celebrations-fbi/)
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
I request a waiver of any and all fees that may be generated by this request as there is currently a significant public interest in the subject matter. In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

I'm unsure of what more specific information you need, as I provided enough detailed information (and attached a link to a news article) which should have been more than enough to begin a search for responsive records.
To the extent that you need a specific time frame, please search all records between 9/11/01 and 9/11/02. Although I would prefer a search for records take place across all field offices, if this is impossible, please limit your search to the New York, Boston, Newark, Philadelphia, and Detroit field offices.
Before you begin the search, I would request that you read the news article I attached to my original request (http://wkrg.com/2015/11/25/credible-source-on-9-11-muslim-celebrations-fbi/) if you need further information into exactly what types of records I seek.
