To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

I am a disabled American, and the State of New Mexico has stolen everything I own, including a RV and all my belonging, a Van and a SUV and they refuse to return my RV or even tell me or my insurance where it is (as reported by the New Mexico State Police). My identity has also been stolen and there is massive obstruction in the way of clearing my name, is making me unemployable, as 1 felony and 2 misdemeanors have been placed on my record and my life is now nearly totally destroyed. Look at my linkedin at https://www.linkedin.com/in/markbrito/ and I have placed the details to what has happened, all state services are ignoring me, including the AG, DA, FBI, Governor, State Police, City Police and nearly every one I've submitted complaints to. This is murder, grand theft auto, larceny, death threats literally every crime I can think of, think, why would have I placed this on my public profile? I was a software engineer at some of the biggest companies in the world, per my linkedin, and the State of New Mexico has destroyed my career. I've submitted several complaints, and I submitted complaints a long time ago to many entities per https://www.google.com/search?q=muckrock+"Mark+Brito" I am leaving the state, and they are getting away with murder, and they did this several years ago.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Mark Brito
