RE: DOJ-2019-004037

I was invited to contact Mr. Hibbard regarding questions on this FOIA request (https://www.muckrock.com/foi/united-states-of-america-10/mueller-report-71972/).
The letter (https://cdn.muckrock.com/foia_files/2019/05/17/Ack_Ltr_004037.pdf) stated reformulations or alternative time frames for processing my request faster.
What are my options?

Can I split requests 1 and 2 into separate requests each in the Simple track, and leave 3/4 as in one request in the complex track? Requests 1 and 2 appear to be documents readily available and I suspect requested by many other persons.

**Note: All of your responses (incl. records) may be made instantly available to the general public automatically via muckrock.com. **

From: Department of Justice, Office of the Attorney General

Thank you for your inquiry.

At this time, there is not any benefit seen in splitting up your request.

With regard to part (1) of your request, seeking a copy of the Report of Special Counsel Robert Mueller, please be advised that that material is available in this Office's FOIA Library at https://www.justice.gov/oip/available-documents-oip. Accordingly, we will consider part (1) of your request as satisfied by this response.

With regard to the remaining portions of your request, we are continuing to conduct records searches to identify potentially responsive records and to determine if the version of the Report provided to certain leadership members of Congress (part (2) of your request) is or is not identical to the version currently posted in the FOIA Library.

Did this ever finish?

Thanks.
